I have been using FIIT for 5 years now. Customer services have always resolved any issues. Amazing range of classes and trainers. There is something for everyone!

Started using Fiit in the pandemic and never looked back!
Started using Fiit in the pandemic after getting a free trial through Women's Health magazine, and never went back to the gym again! The videos are brilliant - really well instructed, motivating, and varied. I love that I can do a wide range of effective workouts, with just a few hand-weights and a mat at home. Only 1 star lost because my Fitbit Luxe doesn't connect to the app, and the Fiit tracker can be a bit unreliable. However, I have to say the customer service is 10/10 - my strap fell apart after 18 months' daily wear and they sent me a new one FoC. Have renewed for 2 years now, and just received a Black Friday offer for existing customers to get £30 off my next renewal - obviously hooks you in, but also nice to be rewarded for loyalty.

Fiit has an amazing content, very motivating. Also, the user support is great!
Flexible and varied
I have 2 young children and Rheumatoid arthritis. Both affect how and when I can work out, but working out is vital for the management of my condition and my mental health. Fiit offers me both the flexibility and variety I need to make being able to prioritise my mental and physical health a realit given where my life is at. I couldn't be without it

You’ll never be bored
Discovered FIIT through a health insurance perk and not looked back. Great variety of workouts, trainers and session times. Workouts are never boring as there’s always something different to try
Excellent and fun
Excellent app! Videos are well done and engaging, and having 10 and 25 minute classes removes any excuses for exercising. Great variety including outdoor workouts, quiet workouts when at home, and much more. Started using in the pandemic and decided to keep the subscription as it's become part of daily fitness.

Hands down the best fitness app ever, feels like you're right there in the room with trainers and a brilliant selection of classes for all different needs.

Great app with amazing class diversity and great customer service. I started using FiiT during the pandemic and have never been so consistent for so long with my fitness; I’m approaching 2000 classes!

The customer service is top notch
The customer service is top notch. I have been with FIIT for about a year and on the three occasions I’ve had to contact customer services, they have been extremely polite and so helpful. I believe in the brand I bought shares in it!
Do not buy an FIIT tracker! Awful customer service! Disgusting responses
I purchased a FIIT tracker which cost me £50… it came with one simple card with a few simple instructions to set it up.. nothing would work? I sent them an email and their reply was a set of a load of new instructions (none of which were on the card) which also did not work. I got back to them again they gave me a load of different instructions AGAIN which also did. Not. Work.
As the item was £50 I felt extremely disappointed and wanted to return the product for a full refund. I asked for a free returns label due to the fact the product was NOT WORKING and they said I’ve got to pay for my own return???? The lady sarcastically replied saying “ Yes you do need to pay for postage, just as you do if you return items to clothes retailers for not fitting for a refund.” - seriously? No apology nothing! Since when would you have to pay for postage if you purchase a faulty item of clothing???? I’ve never experienced that by ANY clothing store before.
Extremely disappointing. I will now not be renewing my yearly subscription to FIIT. Be warned people!
Great Customer Service!
I had to contact the Fiit customer service team twice and I received a very prompt reply with the answers to my questions.
Also, my life membership is of immense value and the number of pieces of training has something for everyone.
Highly recommended!
Charged for a full year’s membership
I was 4 days late in cancelling my subscription (which I hadn’t used for months) and I have been charged for a years membership. As ‘goodwill’ I was refunded for 3 months. Despite the company offering monthly plans, they feel that this is fair.

Best in class
There are a lot of digital fitness options these days and i've tried a lot! Fiit is truly best in class in a crowded space. Top quality trainers, content production is brilliant, and i really value the diversity/range they have in the app.
Friendly, Effective and Efficient Service
Charlotte was really helpful and responded to emails very quickly, even on a Sunday evening! I wasn't aware FiiT did a student discount and she applied it to my existing membership with no problems.
I signed up for a free trial however
I signed up for a free trial however, Fiit tv took the yearly subscription before I had a chance to try the free trial, they said they would look into this but after many emails back and forth, no conclusion or feedback was reached. I thought, oh well, may as well give fitt tv a go, however, I couldn’t access the training plans, again more emails to Fiit asking why, they said I was on a free trial, I obviously responded that they had taken the full £119 out of my account for a yearly subscription, they asked if I had signed up from a different different email address, I responded I hadn’t and sent them proof of purchase from my email address. Emails went back and forth, I counted around 40/50. I asked if someone could call me to try and resolve the problem but I didn’t get a response to that request, I asked for it to be escalated to management, no response. I was then informed I had been refunded but I advised that £119 hadn’t been put into my account. The last email was to advise me that Apple had to refund me which thankfully, they have and incidentally, what a contrast with regard to customer service.
Fitt obviously doesn’t have a technical team to help with technical issues. They do not have a telephone number to speak to someone and you have different people everytime you email them, I had to forward all my email trail to each individual on a daily basis.
I wouldn’t recommend fitt tv purely because of the lack of technical support, the lack of not being able to speak to someone and their lack of customer care, etc. such a shame as the actual classes, training plans, etc look brilliant.

Great sports fitness app, quality classes and plans with lots of variety and levels. Great customer service too, I totally recommend! Genuinely has changed my life routine and fitness plan, love it. Many thanks to my cousin who recommended the app!!
