Daily routine before sleep
I suffered from slèplessness and mild anxiety and moments of mild panic about life for 15 years or so. Ive been taking two capsules of Fiji Kava each night before bed for three years. I have slept so well eversince and i now i have more energy and positivity to deal with things that gave me anxiety.

Good service and product
Noble Sleep capsules work for me, and service was excellent- ordered Noble Calm in error, sent and email correcting the error and they sent me Noble Sleep as well. They did not have to do this, and I am grateful.

Amazing for keeping my anxiety down
I started using Kava Calm a few months ago, I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I do find myself less stressed, and more calm going into business meetings. Will be buying again in the near future
