Our founder was formally trained in the Dominican Republic, where the schools teach how to properly service all types of hair due to the ethnically diverse population of the country. As a result, we are passing this philosophy and knowledge on to each of our stylists so that you may receive the very best hair care we can offer. In addition, we are constantly updating our skills by attending top tradeshows and classes such as Bronner Brothers in Atlanta and IBS in New York. Our aim is to create a comfortable and relaxing experience by dedicating our time, skill, and love to you, our client.

Hi Carla,
We’re sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. We responded to your initial message shortly after receiving it on December 8, and we replied again the same afternoon to request the photos required to investigate the claim with the carrier.
As the package was delivered on December 5 and the issue was reported on December 8, and because the shipping box and internal packaging had already been discarded, we were unable to verify the condition of the parcel or open a claim with the carrier. This documentation is required for any replacement or refund related to damaged items.
We did follow up twice on December 8 and requested the available photos of the products themselves. We remain available if you wish to provide them so we can review what may be possible.
