Disastrous Sizing
The clothes are beautiful but the sizing is so messed up. I think all Pakistani outlets need a reminder that women come in all shapes and sizes. I’m so fed up of incorrect sizing, the size chart gives a honest sizing but when the outfit comes home it’s a different story. This is the second time this happened to me with Filhaal. Won’t be purchasing from here again

My parcel arrived but unfortunately one…
My parcel arrived but unfortunately one of my outfits was the wrong one.
Someone has made a mistake which I can understand but the problem is I can't seem to get any response from
Them.
I've emailed multiple times but no reply.
The outfit wasn't cheap and It was meant for a special occasion which has been ruined.

Very efficient in the shipment
Very efficient in the shipment, the parcel arrived safely on time as indicated.

I ordered a suit for Eid
I ordered a suit for Eid. It came in time but the quality I was just so happy! I ended up having to fry kebabs for Eid and thought ah I don’t want to roll my sleeves up but I noticed there was a little button on my sleeve and was just so happy how beautiful and versatile it was. Great customer service great products honestly amazing experience

I bought 2 outfits from here previously…
I bought 2 outfits from here previously and ordered them online and then I can’t to the shop to get my niece an Eid suit (she is so last minute) she was working so she couldn’t come with me. I found her the outfit that she choose, she was so happy about that and I found an outfit that I liked so I bought that to wear on the first day of Eid. The staff are amazing. The girl working there remember me because I come every year to shop from here. Service 10/10. Will always be shopping here because the outfits are so nice and comfortable to wear. I’ve had a kidney transplant and wearing trousers hurt because I have a long scar so the trousers have to be comfortable or I can’t wear them and have to wear leggings again. Definitely come here and get your outfits how every occasion.

Your order was placed as part of our limited Eid pre-booking collection, which is clearly stated on our website and at checkout. During peak Eid season, some stock arrives slightly later than usual. While we typically dispatch & deliver within 1–2 days, pre-booked Eid items are delivered on a slightly longer schedule — and in your case, your parcel was delivered within the advised 5–7 working day timeframe.

However, we’d like to clarify that all our items are freshly manufactured and shipped directly from our factory, where strict hygiene protocols are followed. Any scent detected is the natural smell of freshly pressed fabric and packaging — definitely not tobacco.
As for the underlocking, our items go through standard stitching and quality checks, but we’re happy to look into your specific piece if you’d like to provide further details.

I never leave reviews but I just had to, considering the helpfulness of the team!!
I ordered for this Eid and my outfits had arrived. There was a slight issue with my order and the team were able to quickly rectify my problem and even offered catered recommendations while I was figuring out what alternatives I could use.
Brands aren’t perfect, small mistakes occur. The way they handled my issue with such grace, care and speed is rare these days! Will definitely order again as my outfit gained so many compliments and the quality was excellent.

Very disappointed i did not what I saw…
Very disappointed i did not what I saw online. Photo was different then what I have received. In photo embroidery was off white; when I received embroidery is pink same as suite. Used too much photoshop and lighting .
