Fast and quick however the suit top was just bundled in to the bang so came out all creased. Was disappointed with that only especially because of the price. They need to take more care when folding items of clothing. Also looked like it had been tried on multiple times

The dress itself was beautiful but at the time of the order i asked the customer service the length of the shirt but they never responded to my query. The size guide was 46-48 and i wanted to be sure its not more than 46. Secondly, I wanted it for eid and they did deliver it 2 days before eid but i placed my order many days before and was expecting earlier delivery to sort out any issues before eid. I tried contactinf the customer service many times and only got late to no replies. The main problem I had with the suit is that i only wore it today on eid day but the arms have been pulled and stretched by tangling in the sitara work on the side of the shirt. It is not wearable again and given that it was £74 pounds it does not make sense.

Really good service
Really good service, I was stuck because I didn’t have a suit for eid as the one I ordered from elsewhere was damaged. Filhaal delivered really quickly after reassurance it will be delivered before eid. The suit was so beautiful even better than the pics. It fitted perfectly. Thanks again Filhaal!

Disappointing 😞
I received my parcel on Saturday. When I opened it, the kameez had beads near the top missing. The kameez is green and where the missing beads are it is white, which is very noticeable. I emailed you on the same day and sent photos, but I have not had a response. This is disappointing as I was planning on wearing this on eid.

Best place to order online Asian wear
I’ve ordered from Filhaal twice and I have not been disappointed I’ve recommended all my friends and family to order from them as the service and quality is amazing and the delivery was so fast thankyou so much for being an online brand that actually delivers exactly as you’d expect, both my outfits that I’ve ordered were the same as the pictures.
