First time ordering from them and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of their products. My satisfaction with their product is off the charts… It delivers exactly what was promised! Their customer service is not only excellent but also very professional and incredibly helpful and patient… They went above and beyond to ensure my dress arrived on time for a big event! Clothes look nothing like they do in…
Clothes look nothing like they do in pictures. Stitching is bad and material cheap, plus embroidery looks like made in china stuff. Returning both outfits I purchased. Don’t waste your money plus I have to pay for shipping to send them back.

I have messaged filhaal twice before…
I have messaged filhaal twice before ordering with a question, I didn't get no response hence why 3 star but once order came through all okay fine. Interms of item, one dress trouser shows slim trouser on photo however when received it's actually not slim but one of those big trouser one. I just couldn't be bothered to complain. Rest of the dresses were okay. Thank you
