We’re sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience, but we would like to clarify a few important points.

The shoes you received were the correct model you ordered. The only missing element was the brooches on the loafers, not the shoes themselves. We have explained this in our previous communication.

To resolve this, we offered you multiple options:

A 20% refund

Sending replacement loafers

Providing the missing brooches

You were free to choose whichever solution suited you best. Due to current U.S. shipping regulations, we have experienced temporary issues sending the brooches separately, which we also communicated to you transparently.

After your most recent email, we have reviewed your case again and will now arrange a return so you can send the shoes back to us and receive a new pair in full.

We always aim to find fair solutions for our customers and regret that this situation has led to frustration. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to resolving this properly.
