Regarding the wet box and the smell, this unfortunately sounds more like an issue that may have occurred during transit with the courier (FedEx), rather than something caused by the product itself before shipping. That said, we are more than happy to help. Please feel free to contact our customer support team and send us photos of the box and shoes, and we’ll be more than happy to look into this with you and see how we can assist.

As for the additional charges, all import duties, taxes, and related fees are determined by U.S. Customs based on factors such as order value, product type, and country of origin. These charges are not set or controlled by us. In some cases, the shipping carrier (FedEx) may contact customers to collect these fees before delivery, or they may be collected directly at delivery. This information is clearly stated on our website.
