SCAM!!!!
ordered a bed chair from them they emailed saying it would take over 2 weeks so I cancelled the order and they said they would refund me, they kept replying to emails when I was asking for updates on my refund but now it has been over 2 months since and they have stopped answering emails and I haven’t had my refund

I have reported these people to crime stoppers etc, as its deffo a scam etc. no answers to email or phone calls once they have you money, i was lucky in getting my money back thru my bank etc. search the company name at Gov Uk business and you will find who the owners are, not british ok.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I'm shocked they are actually asking for a review!

Bought a bbq in July, polite emails apologising and promising new posting dates, never receiving it, asking for a refund and still waiting for my money mid October.

Do not believe a word they advertise

Avoid this company and seller at all costs.
They take your money for the items purchased quick enough, but don't send and deliver the goods and when contacted they can't be bothered to reply.
I would never use this seller again, I warn everyone to read the reviews of this company, they speak for themselves, I cannot understand how they are still trading and people are constantly getting caught out by them, it's probably because they advertise cheaper than other companies and people are lured in.

Scam company. Same story as the others. Purchased a Webber BBQ in July. E mails stating delayed delivery etc. the customer service number is actually a mobile which goes straight to voicemail. My bank and Mastercard have tried to contact Finangler with no result. I have completed an Action Fraud online form which I encourage others to do so that they can be investigated for fraud. They state they are a registered company however have not submitted any financial reports. Basically just crooks.

The same as so many others on here, I ordered items in late August (a Nash bed chair and accessories) that were showing as in stock and at a good price… and they never arrived.

I had a couple of email exchanges with them chasing up the order, and I was given the same stock answers that others have - delays from suppliers, ‘delivery partners’ have supply issues etc. etc., then a few weeks ago they stopped responding completely.

I then did the research and found these reviews and realised I’d been duped like others.

Please do not buy from these people - it’s clearly just a fake operation intended to take your money and deliver nothing, and the people doing it are hoping to get as much money as possible before they get closed down.

I paid by credit card so they are getting my money back, but people like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the first place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Like many others below, I bought a recliner chair from Finangler on 7th Sept, I was told I would receive it in 5-8 days, on 9th Sept was told there was a delay of 1 week. I asked for an update on 20th Sept as I still hadnt received the item and was told I would receive it the following week. I emailed on 5th, 8th and 9th October (finally asking for a refund) but have had no response. I also called numerous times but no one answers the phone. I have just gone to my bank to dispute the payment so hopefully I will receive my money back that way. Scam website!!!

Same story as many others here. Ordered and paid for a chair at the end of August 2024. It didn't arrive, lots of email correspondence with profuse apologies and excuses about delayed shipments etc. Eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund, which was promised to be paid within 10 days. Nothing. Now have got my bank involved in getting the money back.

I have since discovered that the address they provide, in High Road, Chadwell Heath, is the location of a company that provides virtual office addresses to companies from £0.99p per week.

These people are just thieves.l got refunded from my bank even though l used a debit card

Ordered a nash titan hide ground sheet still not received it after 2 months, they don't answer my messages emails and no one answering the phones, don't buy from these people unless you have money to give away.

Don't send any money to finangler, you will not receive you're order and they will message you several times with excuses for the delay, Then they will finally ignore you're messages totally once they have run out of reasons and excuses... they are a scam... The good thing is, I went to my bank a couple of days ago and explained the situation,from parting with money to finangler 7 weeks ago... The bank looked into it and they charged my payment back to me that same day.... Won't be using finangler ever again... scam

Total and utter SCAM would not advise anyone to use this company it is truly fake reported o authorities and my bank

Didn’t have the product

I have not received my order and have not received updates regarding the purchase.
I have had to contact for updates and am still awaiting goods.

I order my item in July and I have not received my refund

Finangler is a scam Company, they stated they had stock, they didn’t, they said the goods were on the way to them, they weren’t, after 8 weeks nd no goods, I cancelled the order, they said 3-10 days for a refund, no refund after another 4 weeks, and now mot responding to e-mails. I will now have to get my credit card involved to try to get the money back.
Avoid at all costs.

ordered £300 bbq was told after purchase there is a delay of 1 week, now 1 month later still no bbq, they don't answer phone or reply to emails. gutted

I ordered a BBQ back in July; was told it might take longer than expected to be dispatched - about a month later I asked for the order to be cancelled and got a refund but I’ve still not been refunded.
Sent multiple emails and tried calling the companies number; but no response.
Still not received my refund
