- interest rate is 2-4% higher than what traditional banks are offering at the moment for personal loans
- traditional banks disburse personal loans in 72 hours give or take, compared to the 1 month it took with Finclub. I do believe they can do better with following up on e-mails and not asking documents that have already been sent, again.
- it took less than 48 hours to get all the funds from investors, once the request was published online, so that's a plus
- I appreciate the timely manner in which Veelasha responded to e-mails.
- In short, interesting service to have in Mauritius, but can do better
