I have just spent 30 minutes on the online chat with Kasey who was absolutely brilliant. All my questions were answered and Kasey was extremely patient whilst I measured up. I was sent the links to the tvs I was interested in and fond the whole experience really easy and informative. I would recommend anyone who has a query to use the service as it was easy and very pleasant.

Could not access the internet on my Finlux TV, used Finlux chat help and Lee helped me out with simple instructions. Excellent service.

I was having a problem connecting my new Finlux smart tv to flickr and used their online support and help was available quickly courteously and with a great deal of patience for this 'newbie', so I'd definitely recommend them - the person that helped me so much was called Becky - fab

Failed to deliver on three occasions, each time my wife had to take a day off work. Contacted Finlux, the staff were very friendly but where unable to do anything. As I needed the set delivered in time for my daughter's birthday it was suggested that I cancel the order and order a different model (more expensive) to "guarantee" delivery the next day, Saturday. Needless to say the delivery failed to turn up again! In the end I cancelled that order as well and bought elsewhere. Still waiting for refund ten days later.

i hope in the very near future i will be buying more finlux products.i urge people if you have bought finlux before ,well if you have a problem do not hesitate to contact them,excellent service.

I was assisted by Demi at Finlux, who has kindly arranged for a replacement remote for my recent purchase. I am very impressed by her professional courtesy, and that of Finlux. my next TV/AV purchase will be with Finlux, as I like the products and have been impressed by the service.

I had mistakenly purchased 2 sets of headphones and only required one.Kasey on live chat was brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful. We meant to order them when we purchased our television as they were at a reduced price. I e.mailed Finlux and they sent me a code customer service.so I got them at the reduced price. Wonderful service. Thanks
