Had a finlux tv for 3 years with no problems at all. My wife and myself shearing not so good now , so I contacted finlux support to ask advice about a sound bar. I " chatted" to someone called terry who gave me some great advice and answered my questions promptly and clearly. Great service, Dave from pontypool

I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I am forced to. Today I went online to see if I could find a new remote for my 8 year ld Finlux TV. Decided to chat to someone in support and upon asking for help was tolad that a new remote was to be dispached to me.
Great service and a special mention to Demi who was the person on chat who was very helpful, polite and quickly sorted my request.

I had cause to go online chat today about 14:34,regarding my Finlux TV not working. I spoke to an agent named, KASEY, who talked me through how to turn the TV on by using a simple on/off switch I didn't know was there & then advised me as my TV was bought through a 3rd party,the,remote which seems to be the problem would have to be replaced through the company I bought it from. I would not be exaggeration, when, I say that Kasey was a exemplary example of a customer service agent. She showed patience & understanding, &, her knowledge in assisting me,not only in doing the obvious,ie switching the TV on,butb directing me to where the on off switch was,along with her advice regarding obtaining a replacement remote was delivered in a professional, competent & understanding. Mannerisms that are all too short in supply in customer service nowadays,&,I speak from experience as I work as a Resolution Manager,with a major utility company resolving issues brought about by the lack of the basic skills,skills which, Kasey as in abundance.
Once again I would be grateful for my thanks to be passed along to her Team Leader,with,many thanks

I brought a 43" 4 K TV in January, have to say it was a very good purchase. "Cracking TV"
Unfortunately the right navigation button on the remote recently stopped working. So this morning I went on my computer and opened a live chat with a person called Lee on the Finlux site. "I must say they could not have been more helpful"
I told them my problem and gave them my original order number they then asked me for my address.(delivery address) hey presto problem solved they are sending a replacement today free of charge.
Can't get better than that.

The TV's that I purchased for my children had issues with the remote controls. I contacted customer service on live chat and without question Lee offered to send new remotes immediately in the post. Excellent customer service.
Live chat - Customer support is quick (even on a Sunday), convenient, and a nice to contact the supplier.
Hopefully it will be a fruitful outcome to the Part I need.
I contacted Finlux support this morning as I could not power up my 32F80072-T. I received an email response very promptly which provided me with comprehensive and clear advice on how to proceed. Following the guidance from Lee's email, I quickly established that the remote control was not working properly. I then contacted Lee again via the chat option and within seconds he had agreed with my diagnosis and said he would send me a replacement. I am particularly happy with the support options available from Finlux and the great service I received from Lee. Thanks, David Rudling
