We now have an absolutely stunning home sauna courtesy of the lovely folks at Finnmark. They did a fantastic job and were completely professional whilst also being attentive and responsive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Finnmark Sauna.

I just had the best customer experience I can remember with Finnmark. I needed an extra part, completely last minute and all in a panic. They managed to get it out and flag down the courier in the nick of time! I am so grateful to Leigh and the lovely person from the warehouse who was on their way home! Made me very glad I chose to buy our sauna from Finnmark. They have been wonderful from start to finish.

The website was very clear and I placed an order for a new sauna. It arrived the very next day with clear instructions and was working an hour later. I did ring the office with a query and the lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Finnmark - excellent service and value.

Brilliant from start to finish

We bought everything we needed for our home sauna from Finnmark – cladding, benches, door, electrics, heater – the lot. From the very first enquiry, Gavin was spot on. He really knows his stuff and was always happy to take the time to help us out, even with the smaller details.

The rest of the team were great too – quick to respond and easy to deal with. All the products were really high quality and arrived in perfect condition.

Building a sauna can be a bit daunting, but Finnmark made it a whole lot easier. Would definitely recommend

Excellent from start to finish. The design process was extremely thorough and the install was completed without issue despite difficult site conditions.

A minor last minute change in the ducting was accommodated with zero fuss and Finnmark were happy to honour their original quoted price despite a 4 year delay from design to install.

We are very grateful to Judy, who helped us redirect our order after we had mistakenly put the incorrect address for delivery. She kept us up to date of the redirection and we are very thankful for her professional, helpful and human assistance!

We were able to build a DIY outdoor sauna from start to finish in four months. Like Finlandia in the USA, Finnmark's website is an education in itself, with much attention given to crucial details about the interior wood-- its type, thickness and how it joins together. In Cornwall thought we had a nearly impossible space with which to build the sauna, a narrow alley adjacent to a cement wall. Technical Sales Rep Angus McKay helped us design a beautiful sauna for the narrow space and guided us in the many choices for the interior wood cladding and stove. We chose to use thermo-aspen, a Tulikivi heater with Huum control, and beautiful hidden strip lighting. Angus guided our builder along the way. Highly recommend!
