Long winded, incompetent.
We had at least 14 text messages, numerous calls, then links to follow for authorisation on top, yet still the information on the application was wrong!

Thank you for taking my call today to discuss the review you have left us. I appreciate your time and your feedback and it gives us as a company and a team, points that we can look into changing or fine tuning. The issues began with us being provided with your wrong title and this was only discovered once the application was under way. This was changed by us with the lender but sadly it didn't filter though all the lenders documentation meaning that another change had to be made by them. This meant more calls and texts to keep you informed. On our call you suggested that we ask customers for their preferred form of contact rather than using multiple channels. This is something we will definitely look into and implement any changes we find appropriate. I was very pleased that you said all the staff at Finset were polite and courteous, I will feed that back to the team. Again, thank you for your time on the phone and for feeding back where we can make some small changes to improve our service to our customers. I had a very positive experience with Finset. The whole process was straightforward, and the team was professional, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way.
The interest rate was higher based on my circumstances, but I understood the reasons and the terms before proceeding. Despite that, I’m happy with the service I received and appreciate the support throughout the process.
Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would recommend Finset to anyone looking for a professional and efficient finance provider.
