This company is as unethical as it gets. I paid for my order, which they advertised and confirmed. Later, they reached out claiming that it was too expensive for them to honor their free shipping deal and requested additional payment from me after the transaction was completed. They then attempted to negotiate. How unprofessional is that? Customers should receive what they paid for
