The door guards have not arrived…
The door guards have not arrived despite your claim of 24 hour delivery. It's now been a week. We have been in touch with the courier numerous times and the door guards still aren't here! I need the delivery are a matter of urgency, which was the reason we ordered from you in the first place. Really disappointing service. And please don't listen to excuses from your deliverers, we've been receiving good from other delivery companies all week. It's just not good enough.

Don't know if the product is good
Don't know if the product is good, we still have not received it. The delivery company can see we are a school and still say they try to delivery at between 7 and 9pm ridiculous

I found Fire Seals Direct online and…
I found Fire Seals Direct online and ordered the product, which was processed and dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, but this was due to the DX delivery driver rather than the company. I contacted Fire Seals Direct immediately by email, and their customer service team responded very quickly and was able to identify where the parcel had been delivered. I was then able to collect it from the address without any issues. The customer service was excellent, being both helpful and responsive. The product itself was of great quality and fitted perfectly.
