I was scammed $60.98 USD by firevps.net and payssion.com

I paid $60.98 USD via BTC to Firevps, an Internet company based in Bangladesh. I paid for Japan RDP. Firevps.net processes their payments via payssion.com, a payment gateway based in Hong Kong. At checkout, I was taken to Payssion gateway where I paid the $60.98 USD BTC.

And then, for some reason, Payssion gateway cancelled my invoice. I was given a 23-minute window to send the BTC which I did. In fact, I paid extra sending fee. I chose the "fast Network fee option" via my Crypto wallet. I chose that option because like I said, Payssion only had a 23-minute window.

I already paid the invoice, but firevps "Client Area" of the dashboard still says that my invoice is unpaid. In fact, they sent an "unpaid invoice" reminder to my email. Apparently, they want another $60.98. I have been messaging back and forth with Firevps, but no luck yet. I was told to contact Payssion gateway myself, which I did. It's been 48 hours, and I haven't heard from Payssion. Why did you have to send me on wild goose chase? They are your payment processor, you have a contract with them I suppose. You should be in contact with them.

My payment was successful, nothing was cancelled. Firevps is only trying to be clever by half. It took longer than 24 hours before Firevps could respond to my several messages.

They only replied because I reported them here.

I wasn't even given the option to pay via a credit card. They had a bunch of payment options I haven't heard about. For the record, I paid them on the Bitcoin window pop-up on their website.

Their website redirects users to Payssion gateway. Payssion itself is phony, I'm sure I'm not the only one they have scammed. I paid you via Bitcoin network and I have all the proof.

The receiving Bitcoin wallet is bc1qep2lf684g2caqn7g2m525dvwl58rhq3ch53g3p. My money is in there.

The Hash ID is 4214a483e389198544af77cdca584a272d5b3238384f8680bdd00b3932731ae4.

I have all the proofs of my communications back and forth with Firevps. They are dodgy, evasive, it takes forever to get a response from them. I have told them to either refund my money or deliver my RDP.

I won't let go of this. I'm damn sure they are out there scamming others. I'm putting this out to save others from being scammed.

The payment was processed through Payssion, a third-party payment gateway that fully manages the payment confirmation process. In our Payssion merchant portal, the invoice in question is marked as Cancelled, with $0.00 USD received. We have already shared a screenshot of this status with you for transparency.

Some statements in your review are inaccurate, including claims that FireVPS “scammed” you or intentionally withheld service after receiving payment. FireVPS has not received the funds according to the official status shown in the Payssion merchant system, and we have been transparent by providing the invoice status and guidance on how to proceed with the payment provider.

Since FireVPS does not control Payssion’s cryptocurrency processing or settlement decisions, we can only act based on the confirmed payment status shown in our merchant portal. We have advised you to contact Payssion directly with your transaction hash and payment details so they can investigate why the invoice was cancelled on their system.

We understand your frustration and are not refusing to help. Once Payssion confirms the payment to us or updates the invoice status, we will gladly take the appropriate action, whether that means activating the service or assisting further based on their confirmation.

When you first contacted us via live chat, your query was:
"Hi, I want to run 24/7 python algorithms with VS Code, and doing it with RDP. Is this the place I need?"
We informed you that our RDP/VPS services provide full administrator access, allowing you to install and run applications as long as they are not illegal or abusive.

After your order, you opened a ticket about the server being pending. We resolved the issue, and you confirmed:
"Yes, now it works. Could you please share the details on how to operate it? How to connect, see the desktop... thank you."
We then provided full connection instructions.

Regarding your concern: our system shows you selected Windows Server 2012 R2, not Windows 10/11. Windows Server is designed for hosting environments and does not come with Windows 10/11 desktop features by default. However, VS Code can be installed and used on Windows Server as well.

Serviced under Singapore OVH, pretty good and stable for speed and connection. But a week ago, an attack or DDOS happened, making the service not available for 4 days. It's not something that we could rely on. And decision was to end the service instead of making good solution. I dont know if 3 days or over could make the VPS become considerable anymore. And manner is one thing of this Bangladesh people need to understand and politely replying as good pro company.

However, your review is inaccurate and misleading. You initially purchased a VPS with Windows Server 2012 R2, but later manually installed an unsupported OS version (Windows Server 2022 Standard Evaluation), which caused the service to stop functioning. Our platform only supports operating systems provided in the client control panel. If you need Windows Server 2022, we have the paid licensed version of the OS which is available at an extra cost.

Furthermore, your service had previously been suspended due to an abuse-related incident, which in many cases leads to permanent termination. We reinstated your VPS after a grace period as a courtesy, not an obligation.

It is disappointing to see a false public review posted despite these efforts. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness for all users, but we do not tolerate abuse or unsupported modifications that affect service integrity.

If you need assistance with reinstalling a supported OS, feel free to contact our support team through the official portal.

We understand your concerns, but we must clarify that your VPS was found to be involved in abusive activities within just a day of activation. As clearly stated in our Terms of Service (https://firevps.net/terms-of-service), we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for abuse or any form of illegal activity.

In accordance with our policy, services involved in abuse are initially suspended for at least 48 hours. However, the duration may be extended depending on the severity and frequency of the abuse. In your case, multiple abuse reports were received, which led to the permanent suspension of your VPS.

Please also note that review emails are automated sent after a set period following product activation.

We’re always available to clarify any concerns, but we remain committed to maintaining a secure and abuse-free network for all users.

Aweful experience

Aweful experience, I haven't been able to access my purchased server which was one of the most expensive they offer for 5 days. No replys to tickets, I would like a refund but highly doubt it will happen. The fact you managed to reply to this immidiately i find astonishing but after triple check8ng my email I can confirm I have not had a single reply from 3 tickets, the only email I have is stating you are closed for week and replies will be limited. Just not good enough
