We take customer satisfaction seriously, but we also expect professionalism and honesty in return. The claims made in this review are false and misleading.

1. Harassment & Abuse: The customer repeatedly called over 50 times, sent vulgar messages across multiple platforms, and harassed our live support team. Despite our efforts to communicate respectfully, they refused to listen to any response.

2. Refund Process: As clearly stated, we do not accept cryptocurrency payments directly. Payments are processed through third-party gateways like Payssion, and refunds must follow their procedures, which take time. The customer was informed about this multiple times.

3. Service & Policy Compliance: The service in question does not meet our refund criteria. Additionally, we received multiple abuse and spam reports linked to this customer’s usage, leading to an ongoing investigation. Despite this, we still agreed to process a refund, which they disregarded by continuing their inappropriate behavior.

4. Backup Responsibility: The customer was advised multiple times to add a daily backup service for data protection, but they declined. We do not provide backups by default, and hardware failures can occur, as outlined in our policies.

We maintain a strict policy against harassment and false claims. We stand by our policies and will not tolerate misleading accusations intended to damage our reputation.

Customer Support was able to solve a problem I was having paying for my service very quickly.

A subsequent ticket regarding certain missing functionality was resolved overnight.

Hello sir, we checked our records and found out that your service was suspended on November 9, 2024 due to abuse. We do not tolerate any kind of "Abuse" on our system. It is clearly mentioned on our "TOS".

Since your are an old valued customer, we unsuspended the VPS once the data center lifted the ban. Then you requested for a IP change/migration to a different location. We did that according to your request. You confirmed yourself that it is working properly and you haven't contacted us since.

Could you please enlighten us on what kind of "poor service" did you get from us? It would really help us in providing support in the future.

Hi, our support team has checked your VPS and notified you that you VPN software caused the issue inside your VPS. You keep using the VPN even after we notified that the VPN you are using cannot be used inside the VPS. Your VPN software is the reason for your issue.

Hi, first of all sorry for the inconvenience. The issue you were facing with the server was due to the global internet outrage that affected a large number of servers and IPs worldwide. Your VPS/IP fell into that part too. Thus, you were facing the issue.

As a compensation, the lost days were added to the affected customers subscriptions already.
