Experience with Kirsten
Kirsten went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. She was patience and listened attentively and was keen to capture every detail of our request. She was unassuming and responded to our request promptly with clear direction. She is also absolutely professional to work with.
Our bus services have been smooth and well coordinated. The kids are safe and are happy to ride the bus to the camp every morning. The drivers are wonderful as well, and Dina has been great as well. We're happy!

Great Experience
Our first stop got cancelled so we had to pick another activity for our group. The bus company was easy to work with and accommodated our change. Marcella was a great driver and very personable.

The bus never showed up
The bus never showed up. I called all contact numbers the day of the trip …. No one answered…. Was stuck with 25 people and no transportation…. My wife’s 50th birthday was ruined to say the least…. Plus lost money on winery reservations. Also was charged for the trip which I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Still trying to reach company no one answering.

Unexpected parade and still on time!
The bus driver showed up early, was courteous, and prompt in both departure and arrival for our return trip (even with a major parade we had not expected in downtown Philly!). The bus was immaculate and comfortable. Thank you so much for a great ride!
