Did not make it obvious that hiring movers through the site does not include a moving truck.

Team was timely, knowledgeable, and respectful of our family. They work well together.

The loading crew was on time and efficient. Also courteous and friendly. I would hire them again.

Last minute cancel my reservation with poor customer service

Thank you for this opportunity to express my gratitude. In the days that followed my move I had forgotten to say how impressed I am with the two men who were an integral part of my move.

The two gentlemen were timely, worked well together and made sure we were happy with each item - where it was placed, how I wanted it placed, etc. My mattress is extremely heavy and cumbersome and yet they managed it without complaint.

The follow up, communication and execution was excellent as well as the contractor that was very good

I lived on the second floor of an apartment and needed help moving my things to a moving truck that I rented. I did some research and found hire a helper. They were amazing in helping me find just the right people for my needs. It was a seamless process! I would highly recommend using them!

We decided last minute to hire someone to move us into our 3rd floor apartment. HireAHelper was available on the date and time we needed so we booked them. They were on time, asked specific questions about where we wanted furniture and boxes, they were polite and efficient. We had 3/4 of a 15 foot box truck full and they had it unloaded in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Leon and his crew time and again.

Loaded our POD well, then unloaded a couple of months later. Only very minor damage on one item. Job was done extremely well on both ends. PODs are a great way to move, but the loaders and unloaders are most critical to a good move.

The movers from AIRUS were quick and careful with our stuff. Would suggest them to anyone needing efficient movers!

Making the reservation was easy. I had to change the date and Hire A Helper confirmed the change quickly. The movers were on time and knocked everything out quickly and with care. Everything went very smoothly and we could not have moved in without the help. It was a great economic!

I never write reviews, but I had to write this one, because they were great, the move went very fast and smooth, Hecktor was the man that worked on this job with a helper. You must ask for Hecktor, you will be very happy with his performance. The crew came half our early, they finished early too, they loaded a 16-footer truck, it was so full to the door and to the ceiling. I drove the truck for 900 miles, I unloaded the truck, nothing moved, nothing broke, and no scratches on any Thomasville furniture. Oh man what a crew, I will always use (HireAHelper.com) services in the future and will tell all my friends and relatives. Thaaaaaannnnnnk You Sooooo Much!
