Bus driver was friendly and arrived on time.

Our driver did a wonderful job for us. Had to make last minute changes due to protests downtown Cleveland and she was very helpful. Wedding guests loved the school bus shuttle.

You are horrible. You never showed up for our trip. Left our guests stranded. Will never use you or recommend you to a single person.

First charter was great. We were thrilled with our experience. Our driver Davita was perfect. Everything was on time. They were so kind. It was easy to schedule. It was one of our favorite parts about our wedding. Way to go Davita you rock!

This rating is based off of student feedback. Students stated that they were grateful to have reached all destinations safely. However there were complaints of driver hitting curbs, dozing off, and swerving on the ride back. The driver themselves was very kind but because of what was previously stated we gave the rating we did.

The drivers were very professional and courteous. Dispatch did call beforehand to inform me that one of the buses would be late and I appreciate the call so that I was able to prepare.

I had a wonderful experience with FCB, I'd personally recommend them for your trip. Their quote was significantly more affordable than other quotes I received. Yes its a yellow school bus and not a fancy wifi bus with a restroom in it, but if you're just looking to get from point A to point B on time, these are great folks.
