First Charter Bus did an excellent job…
First Charter Bus did an excellent job of accommodating us and making sure the process of purchasing the bus was simple! They were understanding when the payment had to be turned in later than expected and helped us through the entire process. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bus!

Bus went to the wrong location
The bus did not show up at the right location. He had been issued an older trip report and was not given the updated trip report. I called 2x prior to the event date to make sure this wouldn't happen, so we were disappointed. It set our night behind by 30-45 minutes, which was unfortunate and could have been avoided.
