The bus was late
The bus was late, upon arrival it was leaking so they had to turn around and get a new bus. We left late. Just arrived on time to get into the game on time.
Continued to communicate and make decisions with others that they were not to be.
Yelled at children for having their phones out outside while they were attempting to get unstuck.

The bus came 20 minutes late and I had to call multiple times to try and get an answer as to why. The original bus driver canceled and I was given no notice.

We had the bus pick up our guest for our wedding. Guest were picked up and delivered back to two hotels. Everything went smoothly and on time, driver was great!

While I had problems with the corporate…
While I had problems with the corporate office, the Fredonia office and bus driver were terrific. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend going through First Student. However, the corporate office needs to get on the same page with their policies.
