Staff are horrible at communication
Staff are horrible at communicating, I called many times to confirm a booking for my wedding and never received calls back. There’s no online booking process. It doesn’t inspire much confidence to move forward with them.

Great Shuttle Bus!!
She was amazing and really helped shuttling our guests back & forth from the hotel to the venue!! They had nothing but good things to say about her!! The cost was very fair for the amount of time we got & I’m so thankful my friends & family were safe!

Everyone was wonderful, from the person who took my reservation over the phone and booked it, to the folks I talked to at the local office, to the driver Dusty. Excellent communication throughout the whole process!

I had to book last minute due to damage…
I had to book last minute due to tornado damage to the bus we originally rented. Phone staff were very helpful in assisting me to set up a reservation the day before the event. The driver was incredibly kind and helpful despite the severely short-notice we provided. Thank you First Charter Bus Rental for the help!
