I've used first charter for years. I had a recent bad experience with them (no show for a wedding). I decided to give them another shot. I'm so glad I did. Don was professional and friendly and kint!
We purchased 3 buses for our field trip for a 148 people and only two buses showed up. No one called to tell us ahead of time, no one offered to sent another bus.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. The bus drivers are great. The cost, however, is way too high in comparison to competitors. Would love to use again, but the cost is just to high for my low-income students and school.
