Everyone we interacted with at First Charter was so professional, detail oriented, thorough and helpful. It was a pleasure working with this team and they did a great job the day of our event.

We loved our experience! they were all on time and coordinated the event brilliantly with us. The driver was welcoming and answered any questions we had.

Bus was fantastic - would definitely use again! Thank you!

Our bus drivers were prompt and professional. They were also friendly and worked with us on timing when plans had to change a little. The initial set up of the rides and the planning beforehand was stress free as the company allowed us to alter plans anytime before 5 days prior to our event.

We had a fantastic experience with First Charter Bus Rental. They were easy to communicate with, the were on-time, and our guests had a very easy time getting to and from our wedding venue because of them. We would absolutely work with them again!

The busses were on time and the driver's were friendly and professional.

From what he moment I first contacted them to the last drop off of my guest they were reliable and friendly

We loved having a school bus for our guest transportation. Our driver was wonderful and their team had great communication!

We had a wonderful experience with First Charter Bus Rental. We reserved 2 busses to transport our out of guests to our daughter's wedding. The entire process was smooth from the initial phone call with the corporate reservation system to calling our local bus company the week of the wedding to double confirm the reservation locally. We highly recommend this bus service for a wedding event.

The driver was amazing!! Super nice... and let everyone have a great ride out and back.
also kind enough to wait for the late arrivers.
Wish I knew his name

Thank you!! Went so smoothly and timely. Our guests were safe and quickly transported on time!

Our driver was great. He had no complaints when we wanted to play music in order to prepare for our game and got us to and from our destination in a safe and timely manner.

Great service and on time!

Our driver, Sherry, was unbelievable! She contacted me to say hello and provide her contact information prior to the event. She was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She went above and beyond following the wedding, after one of the guests left a purse on the bus. She picked it up and returned to the guest in her day off! We can’t say enough good things about her!

Absolutely amazing. Got all of my wedding guests to and from the venue safely and in a timely matter

Booking the trip was easy and our assigned drivers were outstanding! They made our wedding transportation stress free.

Easy to work with other than when trying to call the center. Service varies depending on who answers the phone. Had one not helpful representative who promised would call us back to avoid the 2 hour holding. Never called us back. Next service agent was great and handled all of our questions.

Amazing driver! We had a great time. Thank you for making our wedding weekend special!

Excellent service! Our bus driver was very kind, on time, and drove very cautiously.
