Our driver got lost coming to pick us up and thankfully we were going to a preshow talk an hour before the actual show, because if not we would have missed the beginning and they weren’t seating people for the first 18 minutes. Then I had to give her directions to and from where we were going. The driver apologized profusely but I couldn’t just relax in the drive I have to pay attention to the road.

We had the best time!! Our driver, Allen, was friendly, helpful and professional. We used First Charter Bus Rental for our office Christmas party and we couldn't have been happier with the service. We will definitely being using them again in the future!!

very pleasant driver, always on time

The bus drivers were pleasant and one had to park to unload students onto the street, as it was a one way street. She helped stopping traffic so we could cross.

Ms. Kiki was amazing! She was attentive to our scholars, very friendly and safety was a main priority.

Arriving early for pick up and arriving to Loveland High School on time. The confirmation process was also very helpful having the trip scheduled and confirmed 72 hours before it was scheduled to pick up.

bus was clean, but the driver didn’t really know where she was going. had to rely on the bridal party a lot for directions and missed a few turns so the trip took longer than anticipated.
