Once again the emergency number went unanswered and messages to the number went unreturned. What is the purpose of having the number if it is useless?

Although my experience setting up the Long Island trip tomorrow has been horrific, the experience yesterday for the Westchester college fair was picture-perfect. I had not one complaint. Everything was on time, if not early, and we got all the buses we needed. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful experience with First Student Bus Company
We had a wonderful experience with First Student. Our driver, Jason, was polite and all-around wonderful. We requested that our charter operate in a shuttle-type manner and the bus was always on time. Jason was even kind enough to text us when he arrived at the requested location. The Buckley Summer Program could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you and we are looking forward to our next trip with you on 6/24/22.

We booked First Student Charter Bus Rental for our wedding shuttle service and we are so happy that we did! Our bus driver was prompt and great to work with. Our guests enjoyed the novelty of having a school bus pick them up for our wedding reception. I’d recommend this service for any local shuttle needs!
