On-Time and Safe Transportation for our Wedding
Working with First Charter Bus Rental was easy and efficient. Outside of the slightly long hold times to get a hold of a representative, it was easy to organize transportation for our wedding last Fall (09/22/2023). They let us make changes till quite close to the date, which was great since we didn't have all RSVP's in at the time of the initial consultation. The representatives were all very helpful in making sure that we had the right amount of vehicles and confirmed the travel times. On the day, all our guests arrived on time, so we are super grateful to First Charter Bus for getting all of them safely to and from the venue, stress-free.

I got a phone call from the bus driver…
I got a phone call from the bus driver asking where he was supposed to be going and at this point guests were on the bus at this point waiting to depart for our venue. The driver called me (the bride) seeming very confused. We were disappointed that the driver was so unprepared, and the company didn’t prepare him for his directions.
