Reliable and flexible transport for our large group
The bus drivers were on time and flexible for our event transportation! We had to shuttle about 200 people from a convention center to an off-site location. The drivers were on time and flexible with changes needed to accommodate our group with traffic and an NBA game to navigate through. With all the other moving piece of our event stealing my attention, I didn't need to micromanage them. They knew the plan and I was able to trust them to get people where they needed to go. It was such a relief to be able to take care of other event "fires" throughout the night and not worry about transportation.

Excellent Service!

Overall Good!
The driver was on time! (which we have had issues in the past with but he was on time!)
He was very aware of where he was going and was very nice and flexible with added stops for potty breaks! :)

Buses arrived on time
Buses arrived on time, drivers were great. Only issue is the route the lead driver chose - definitely not appropriate to the time of day, and we were late to arrive at destination. There were other, faster routes easily available.
