Clear directions necessary!
It seems in this advanced day of technology, the drivers would be provided with accurate directions!! 2 days of using this company and 2 days of having to give directions to the driver and re-route when they got off course. Very courteous and kind drivers but the company's directions today tried to send us on a parkway that busses aren't even allowed on!!
Not having updated and most direct and easiest routes provided to the drivers, coats us time on our field trips and delays. We suggest to upgrade and update methods of getting directions how they're given to drivers. Drivers shouldn't have to look at paper directions, perhaps use an app like Waze?

Easy reservation process
Easy reservation process, and everything ran smoothly. Driver was courteous and careful with the bus load of kids. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience! I used their service for my wedding. They were there right on time, got everyone to the location safely, made sure no one was left behind at the end of the night to get back to the hotel. Highly recommend their services.
