Excellent Bus Driver
Except for the bus being late, due to traffic, everything was excellent. The bus driver was great with the students. She was great, especially considering the wind and rain.

Bus was on time
Bus was on time. Bus driver was pleasant and a safe driver. I had a difficult time booking a bus for our field trip until I called First Charter.
The office staff was amazing especially Melody!

A few suggestions...
It would be a great idea to have bus drivers show up knowing where we are going and having studied the best route. I've been organizing field trips for 20 years and this is always a frustrating part for me. Also, it would be nice if bus drivers didn't start yelling at teachers in front of disabled students about how their bus is not "wheel chair accessible" when teacher already had a plan in place to accommodate. The situation made the 13 year old disabled student feel really bad. Very unprofessional. You can call me at Rancho Middle School if you have any questions.

Review of bus ride
The bus ride there and back was great. The bus driver was clear and thorough with safety and handling of the bus. A great experience and which is why I always go to First Student first when booking a trip for my grade level.
