Poor Communication/Waste of Money
Poor communication on the day with the company meant our wedding guests could not locate the bus after our wedding and had to order Ubers. The phone number provided by the company for communications on the day of service was left unmanned. Later we were told that number is never manned on weekends. Very disappointed in our general experience with this company. Huge waste of money.

The bus service for my daughter's wedding venue was awesome! Our bus driver was the BEST and she went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you!

We hired First Charter Bus for our…daughters wedding
We hired First Charter Bus for our daughters wedding several months before our daughters wedding to bring our guests from a hotel to our home and back.
I received a call from a guest a few minutes before the wedding was to start after they were told the bus would not come down our very long driveway( due to being too long and winding) , therefore our guests had to walk more than a quarter mile down the driveway , many of these guests were elderly and had difficulty walking and it was 85 degrees this day. This was not a good way to start what otherwise was a perfect day
We have had tractor trailers come down the driveway without any issues. Plenty of room to turn around.
The hotel was only 17 minutes away, yet the driver took over 30 minutes to transport, did not appear to know where she was going,
I really would have expected that someone would have researched the trip to make it more timely, as well as a drive by before the wedding to determine if they could actually come down the driveway.
I am very unhappy that there was no communication ahead of time, not a good experience for us
