Highly Recommend

I did not want to write a poor review…
I did not want to write a poor review but after a long night that completely altered our wedding, here we are. The buses were late on picking up our guests to transport them to our reception. The first bus attempted to leave with only 5 guests 10 minute before we had they scheduled to leave. The second bus was 50 minutes late causing at least 30 of our guests to miss the majority of our cocktail hour. This threw off our whole night and caused a huge inconvenience to our family and friends who were relying on the service that we paid for. We are very upset and look forward to bringing this to management tomorrow. Majority of the guests resorted to taking ubers because of the unreliable service. At the end of the night the bus tried to leave again with only 4 people on board while the driver was well aware of the guests leaving the venue to go back to the hotel. Hoping this can be discussed further with management.
