Super easy to work with! The busses got people to and from our wedding on time and everything was really smooth! Would absolutely recommend, especially the Sudbury MA branch!

Great Time with Zare - Thank You First Charter Bus Rental
We rented a school bus to take about 30-40 wedding guests to an after party and then back to the hotel. First Charter was flexible and allowed us to make an itinerary that suited our needs! Our bus driver Zare was very punctual and fun to work with. He followed the itinerary and got everyone to where they needed to go, and never made us feel rushed. We are really glad we decided to rent a school bus and it was a fun addition to our party! Highly recommend.

The driver and service were outstanding
The service the driver (I am embarrassed I don’t know how to spell his name) provided was outstanding. He promptly arrived to pick us up. He joined right in with taking pictures and a video of our group. We then proceeded to our destination and again, we promptly arrived!
The bus was very clean and extended our time to celebrate together. Again the driver was outstanding, very personable and professional at the same time.
I would highly recommend First Charter Bus! Thank you so much!

Saved the weekend
Contacted First Bus on a Tuesday for a 3 day weekend rental that Friday. The Sudbury office came thru for my organization with flying colors and saved our State Convention transportations needs. We will be doing more business in the future.

The experience with First Charter Bus Rental Ruined our Party
The experience with your company was horrific. The buses left before taking anyone, and we had 75 kids waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes. Finally, one bus returned 30 minutes later, and we missed the first 30 minutes of our 4 hours reception. When we finally arrived at our party, everyone was stressed as we weren't sure how to get everyone to the Marriott. It ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful celebration. It was unfortunate as I had confirmed plans multiple times even just 1-2 days before the party.
