Three stars
Bus was half an hour late to begin with. And then it started raining and we had to leave early. Trying to contact someone the morning of the trip was difficult. However giving three stars because the bus driver was very friendly and we enjoyed the trip.

Awful Experience
We actually had an awful experience. Our driver refused to follow the instructions for pick up that were detailed in our contract, even after I showed him the physical document. My students were left out in the cold, confused, while I tried to sort things out. I tried to call the two phone numbers listed on the contract for the "day of" the event and didn't reach anyone until the 4th time I called. Once I finally reached someone (45 minutes after the students were supposed to have been picked up), she was very kind. Still, we paid so, so much money for this service that went completely wrong and added unnecessary stress to our event.

Wine Tour
This is my second year using first student to plan a 30+ people wine tour and would highly recommend. The ride was an hour and fifteen minute trip each way and we all got to sit comfortably, listen to our own music, and were able to eat and drink on the bus. Our driver was amazing, I hope we get her again next year!

I would definitely give them a 5 star
I would definitely give them a 5 star. They were on time, courteous and transported our students to their destination, waited and returned them to school when the mass was over.
