Mr. John our bus driver was so kind and friendly toward the kids. He helped lift our heavy cooler up onto the bus. We made it to our destination and back on time.

We rented for our wedding and everything was smooth and easy - they even let us put a Just Married sign on the back, and waited past our departure time for a friend who was super late to get to the bus pick-up spot. Thrilled with our choice!

Our bus driver was wonderful. They were very easy going, made the drive an easy enjoyable experience and mentioned a few times how well behaved our children were. They are a phenomenal bus driver and person.

The bus was in poor condition. It was 90 degrees and we received a bus without air conditioning. The bus broke down while we were in Bainbridge. We had to wait for another bus for over 3 hours in 90-degree weather.

Rating 2 stars because our driver never showed up. I contacted the dispatcher and they just noticed that the driver never came in that morning to pick up their bus ticket and that they didn't catch it. Our trip ended up being postponed by an hour because they had to find us a new bus and driver.

I five 5 stars on customer service and the care they put into getting us transportation at the last minute.

Getting ahold of them to start the process was not the easiest.

Bus arrived on time for both pick-up and return.
A number of our ladies drove themselves so bus was only half full. All in all we were pleased with our choice of FIRST STUDENT and will recommend for
next year.

What a FANTASTIC experience!!!!! Our driver, Brendan, was delightful and took exceptionally good care of our group. The bus was clean, orderly, and arrived on time. I rented the bus to transport my team to a holiday experience - kept it all a secret, including that we were taking a school bus to a venue other than where I told them to meet!! When Brendan and the bus pulled up they were all wide eyed with smiles and it was so fun to do a throw back to the old school bus days! Sales and dispatch were both easy to work with and responsive. I will definitely take advantage of using First Student in Tacoma again!!!

Great service and you can't beat their prices! We used a bus to transport ~50 people for a wedding reception.
