We rented a first student bus for our son’s wedding and used it as a shuttle. Our driver was awesome and reliable! We had a great experience with First Student! It was fairly priced and we had the bus and driver from 2:00pm until midnight. Definitely the correct choice! Thank you for the great service and safely transporting our guests back and forth!

Doug was early, drove great, and got us back . We sang silent night for him. How often do kids sing silent night on the bus. We had a great time and the residents at the nursing home invited us back next year. Was nice not to worry about getting all the kids there.

This was wonderful and the drivers communicated well and got everyone from point A to point B and then to point C. Thanks so much

Our bus never showed up! I called the after hours number and it was the wrong number. I had to frantically call over 40 parents to help drive young kids to our event. We were an hour late for our 3 hour reservation. Horrible horrible horrible experience! Never use this company!

He was really easy to work with and was already familiar with our grounds. He already had the map we had emailed over and that was incredibly helpful. We would love to have him back again for our next shuttles.

My youngest son coordinated a group to cheer on his buddies on the Minnetonka Pee Wee AA at the state tournament in Cottage Grove. I hop on the bus to see non other than legendary hockey team bus driver Steve!!!! This was great due to the fact that he drove my daughter who played varsity and now a sophomore in college back when she played. He knew every single girl on that squad and was always there cheering them on. Also he drove my oldest son who is a freshman in college who also played high school hockey. So to see Steve driving for my youngest was a huge treat! It was nice catching up with him. Thanks Dan S.

August 2, 2021: This was a demanding route for any bus driver. Five stops on a geology tour throughout St. Paul. With exception of the last of stop where Nick had received inaccurate information, the day went smoothly with us getting back to Central Middle School early. Thanks for your good service on behalf of all the science teachers on the trip.

Buses arrive and departed on time. No complaints from passenger.

We were so happy with the service provided by First Student for our recent youth ministry trip. The booking was simple and the representative on the phone was very courteous and helpful. Our driver was friendly and professional and did a great job driving our bus-load of middle youth through a snowy night to our destination. Our return trip the next morning was also just as smooth, with a cheerful driver promptly picking up our very exhausted group and getting us back home safely. I also find the best prices through First Student!

Our driver showed up on time. She was personable, helpful, and went above and beyond when she delivered a child back to the starting point due to an allergic reaction (Hives). So happy we have a bus service so close by that cares about their passengers as much as we do!
