First Charter Bus Rental has the worst customer support out there. In previous years they have been able to complete our trips with no issues but with our trip on August 27th and the trip I have been trying to book for September 21st they’ve been impossible to work with. No urgency on their end and every time you call/email you get another worker that has no urgency or desire to help whatsoever. They’ve hiked the prices to the moon and still won’t get you a quote unless you call, and then call, and then call. First charter is an awful company. I don’t know where they went wrong in the last year. 0/5 if I could.

Perfect wedding shuttle!
We booked a First Charter bus to serve as a shuttle between a hotel and a wedding venue. When we booked, we called a nationwide 800 number, but confirmation from the local bus company arrived within 24 hours. The driver arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was kind and considerate to our guests, and remained with the bus throughout the evening in case anyone needed to return to the hotel early. Upon departure from the wedding venue, the driver waited a few extra minutes to make sure everyone was on board before leaving. We were very pleased with the bus. It was a school bus, but it was half the cost of a larger, more elaborate coach.

The bus driver was friendly, flexible, and punctual. The seats were also clean and comfortable. Overall, it was the perfect solution to our wedding shuttle needs.
