Our driver was awesome!!!!! So polite and very friendly!!! It takes alot to deal with drunk, loud people and he was so so patient!!!

Bus never picked us up
They never picked us up. I called several times, and the only “help” they were able to provide was telling me that they’ll contact the manager or the charter driver and get back to me. We ended up all ubering to our location and being an hour late, after waiting 45 mins to see if the bus showed up. I plan on asking for a full refund, but would never recommend using this company again

Vehicle sent for pick up did not…
Vehicle sent for pick up did not accommodate all passengers. 2 passengers had to drive themselves. Confirmation was for vehicle to hold 20pax; it only held 14! Pls contact me BEFORE charging my credit
