Departure was bumpy, but everything was fine once buses got moving.
2/3 busses made it to the departure site on time and the group ended up waiting on the third bus for a few extra minutes to depart. While I was informed that the third bus would be coming from another branch, the third bus not arriving late did make managing some of the logistics more challenging. Moreover, the professional staff member working with the group mentioned that one of the drivers was not particularly helpful when asked for support.
Other than that, students arrived at the destination safely and on time.

Our driver Christ was GREAT
Our driver Christ was GREAT, very polite and accommodating. He arrived on time and was amenable to all our needs. We had a few elderly passengers with walkers, and he was very helpful and attentive to them. A safe driver as well! We'll be coming back as customers.

NYE wedding!
We got married on NYE. Debbie was our driver for the night. She was unbelievable! Often you hear horror stories about transportation, not with First Student Charter! Couldn’t have done it without them. A+++ Thanks a million. Thank you Debbie!!
