I had been having a hard time finding the part that I thought I needed, First Choice had it and at a reasonable price. They even held it for a short time until I could see if it was really the part I needed. Turns out it wasn't. Any future need for parts, First Choice will be my first choice.
I needed an instrument cluster for an older van. I had trouble finding it anywhere else. Alex was instrumental and locating a good replacement part for me. His communication was on point and kept me updated all along the way. Highly recommend.
I couldn't find the part I needed in my city and began a mad search for a reputable parts supplier on line. Out of the dozens that I called I found your company to be the most affordable, straight forward and knowledgeable about their inventory. Alex was extremely helpful and detailed with instructions for processing and shipping my part. It came earlier than expected which was so appreciated since we were without a vehicle for an entire week. I recommended your company to every mechanic I know in Portland.
I bought a dually axle for my 93 Dodge truck on 4 27 2026 thru this company i was told it had 92000 miles on it . Well once the axle was shipped it came from Don Shelf might be misspelled from Eagle River Wisconsin and I had viewed this axle from their web site and they had said it had 211.000 miles on it . We'll the differential has some wear to it like minor grinding the brake drums are shot quite obvious it had 211.000 on it pretty pitiful you have to lie about a axle to make a sale. Aaron Zimmerman
The worst place to order used parts they come damaged and when you return them they charge you a 25% restocking fee for their damaged part! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL RIP OFF!

We paid $350.00 for a Damaged Part, and got REFUNDED $263.21 a Difference of $86.76 a 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! I have Emails to prove it from Alice!!!! DO NOT ORDER USED PARTS FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL RIP OFF EVERYONE!!!

We would like to clarify the situation regarding this order.
The airbag shipped to the customer was inspected prior to shipping and was in good usable condition with no physical damage. The customer later requested a return stating the part was “damaged,” however the condition described was not consistent with an actual damaged airbag assembly.
As outlined in our company return policy, returns for parts that are no longer wanted or incorrectly identified by the customer are normally subject to a 25% restocking fee along with applicable shipping costs. Despite this, we worked with the customer and issued a refund while only deducting the shipping costs incurred for the order. The standard restocking fee was not charged.
We always strive to be fair and transparent with every customer and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us directly so we can properly assist and resolve the issue.
I worked with Kevin Jr. and he did a great job helping find the exact parts I needed. The parts were delivered promptly, and everything was labeled accurately. I would definitely use them again.

They had a representative there by the name of Jalen ,he was great and explaining that the part would perfectly fit and was tested and the condition that he said was in was exactly like he said. He was not pushy but very patient and knowledgeable about what he was my knees were. And he did just that.

This business is legit that's the first thing I like to say . Prince Kevin Jr. Was fantastic he sent me my part. I was waiting for my mechanic to call me back and say that I have brought the wrong part or got the wrong part but instead my mechanics called me and told me that my car was ready. The instrument cluster works great on my 1999 Toyota Camry Xle and no problems since I got it in December thanks yaw guys be buying again in the future.
