We always want our clients to feel supported, heard, and confident in the services they receive, so it’s disappointing to hear this hasn’t been your experience.

We’d like to take a moment to respectfully address some of the points you’ve raised, as we feel it’s important to be transparent.

Firstly, regarding our reviews - all of our feedback is 100% genuine and comes from real clients who have chosen to share their experience. We're proud of the relationships we’ve built, and while we understand that no company gets it right for every customer, we’ve always aimed to operate with integrity.

We want to be very clear that we are not scam artists. Like many agencies, our service structure includes an upfront cost to set up and build a website, followed by a monthly fee to support ongoing SEO and site maintenance. This isn’t unusual in our industry and is always clearly outlined at the start of any engagement.

In your case, we were working to reverse a significant drop in traffic and search performance that had already occurred before you joined us. These situations take time to recover from, and while we fully acknowledge that progress wasn’t immediate, the data was showing a positive upward trend at the time your service ended. It’s unfortunate that this momentum wasn’t allowed to continue.

We also want to clarify that your domain was never purchased or transferred without your knowledge. We only worked with you on several occasions to implement requested changes to your setup. While there were some technical challenges in doing this at times, we did our best to assist whenever possible and always kept you informed.

It’s regrettable that your expectations weren’t met, and we sincerely wish we could have aligned sooner so that you might have seen the full benefit of the work put in. We always welcome open and constructive dialogue, so if you’d like to reconnect and discuss anything further, we’re more than happy to talk. We're genuinely sorry that you feel this way. As fellow small business owners, we always strive to support our clients and provide high-quality services that help them grow.

We feel it’s important to provide some context for others reading this review. You signed a 12-month agreement for a custom website and SEO strategy, fully understanding and agreeing to the terms. We delivered exactly as promised – a new website, and increased visibility of 445% in the first month alone and continued growth thereafter.

Despite this progress, you requested to cancel after just three months, even though SEO is a long-term strategy, as discussed in our initial consultations, and your acknowledgement in your review. When you informed us of your decision, we made every effort to discuss potential solutions with you, trying to find ways to help you. However, you refused to engage in meaningful discussions and instead insisted on cancelling early and non-payment, despite the clear terms of our agreement.

As a small business, we invest significant time, expertise, and resources into each project, and we also have employees and operational costs to consider. When agreements aren’t honoured, it impacts not just us as a company but also the hardworking people who rely on us.

The website and SEO work we provided required substantial time, expertise, and resources from us. These are services we fully delivered in good faith, yet instead of acknowledging the work done, we received this one-star review and refusal of payment. We take all feedback seriously, but it is disappointing to be portrayed unfairly when we acted professionally and delivered measurable results.

We remain committed to providing quality services and addressing concerns professionally and fairly. We wish you the best in your future endeavours.
