My laptop ran out of disk space, and was not working properly. I rang Andre, and he asked me to bring it in.
The disk was full, and there were some other problems also. He advised me what he was going to do, and we agreed a price for the work. It was ready the next day, and he solved all the problems. The price was reasonable, and I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

Dangerous item, defective.
Sell dangerous and cheap aftermarket parts. Bought a replacement battery for Nokia 5.3 in August, now October the 1st and battery started to cause software and performance issues. Charge depleted in less than half a day, battery level was all over the place and not consistent. Phone started to malfunction and reboot almost bricked the OS. Battery was swollen upon removal and could have been a fire hazard. Very poor quality. Original battery is back in with a new charging board and is working perfectly.

In some rare cases, a generic replacement battery may not fully sync with the phone’s power management system, which can lead to inconsistent readings or faster discharge. We always take such reports very seriously — especially when safety is a concern.
After you contacted us, we confirmed that your purchase was still covered by our 12-month warranty. We immediately offered you a choice between a replacement or a full refund. You chose the refund option, which was processed straight away. We’re glad we could resolve this quickly for you, and we truly appreciate your understanding and feedback — it helps us keep improving our quality and service.

I’m very happy with the tablet repair – it was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. Andrei explained everything clearly, and the device now works perfectly, just like new.

I had an issue with a battery I bought from them (not their fault, it was a manufacturer defect). They responded immediately and I was able to drive over to the shop (I offered as I needed it quickly) and get a replacement after they'd closed for the day!

Battery works as advertised and no issues
Battery works as advertised and no issues with the installation.
Easy to navigate the site and find the battery I was looking for.
Good price and quick delivery.
Replacing the battery: I used Isopropyl Alcohol on a cotton bud to loosen the glue on the old seriously expanded battery, be extra careful when your battery is swollen as it could give you a serious injury, this loosened the glue without causing damage to the old battery.
Also remember to put something non porous between the keyboard and screen so as not to damage it.
You can find all these tips and how to’s on the ifixit website and search for your laptop model number.
