Love buying from a good Irish company
I love to buy stuff from a .ie. Nothing better than finding an Irish company with the niche product you need that's not either exorbitantly priced or has a ridiculous high shipping rate for our little Ireland. So it was great to find First Help Tech.
I needed a replacement battery for my OnePlus 7 (hate throwing away a perfectly good product just because a part is fading) and was delighted to find FirstHelpTech not only had it at a competitive price but also provided free shipping. Dispatch was lightening, packaging safe, delivery prompt and the product itself perfect. So a 10 minute DIY replacement job on my battery and my phone is now as good as new.
Absolute 5 star service and I'll be using them again I'm sure (my phone is going nowhere 😁).

Good response to a problem
Hi I purchased a home button for a iPhone but it was broken when it arrived I contacted first help tech and I got a replacement sent out immediately no problem very happy with the swift response. Most good companies are judged when things go wrong and how they fix it and First help Tech sorted the issue out straight away

I ordered a IPad Air2 replacement Battery. A few months later and it still works perfectly. Very pleased with that as in past I got some off Battery.ie and they were useless. Be aware.

Phone replacement battery
I was looking for an Irish based company that stocked phone accessories. I never heard of first tech help and I was very happy with selection online. Terrible. I ordered a replacement screen, which arrived cracked.
Contacted them and they claimed it was outside of their warranty policy (I read it and it wasn't).
Eventually they agreed, on the terms that I would send the screen back first. I did so, and they suddenly changed their mind. They also never sent me the screen I payed for back.
This isn't the only bad experience I've had with the company. They have sent me damaged batteries before aswell.
Outrageous company, and outrageous customer support. Stay clear!!

I ordered two batteries for Oneplus 7…
I ordered two batteries for Oneplus 7 and Oneplus 7 pro , both were defective batteries. As I had to buy batteries again within 6 months
BLP699 and BLP685. To make matters worse , the battery expanded for the Oneplus 7.
