Excellent service by the engineer…
We had been given an approximate time scale for the service. The engineer messaged us to give a more exact time that morning. He arrived promptly and carried out the service without a mess. He was pleasant and gave us all the information. We were very pleased and would without doubt welcome him back. Thank you

Great experience and well equipped
He arrived in time and explained well all services details and then send them over which was really good to know. He checked gas leak from gas meter and from boiler. He was very polite and well trained and equipped.

Great Service
Engineer notified us in advance of the arrival time and then arrived at the stated time. He was very polite and courteous and was careful. He did a great job and offered good advice.

Gas Engineer was very polite, he called me when he was close by and was able to complete my boiler service in a timely manner. He also demonstrated how I should navigate boiler pressure which was very helpful.
