Extremely helpful and definitely put our minds at rest with having a new puppy. The online video call element is great as it’s part of our insurance and saves you have to go to the vets if you don’t have to, no wasted travelling or payments. Thank you for the advice on our puppy.

Absolutely brilliant service!
I was given really good help and advice from the lovely vet I spoke to.
I was really worried about my cockapoo and the vet really put my mind at ease and listened carefully to everything I said and saved me a trip to the emergency vets that would of cost a lot of money.
I would highly recommend FirstVet.

While we were on a walk and our papillon dog was sniffing around, he was bleeding from his nose and snout. It happened so sudden, we couldn't identify glass / thorns / attacking squirrel or any other cause. The bleeding looked quite extreme running all over my hand. We carried our dog to an uber home and during that time my husband quickly sent pics and a call request on the app. Almost immediately a vet called us (male, surgeon) and took detailed look inside and outside the snout. He reassured us that even superficial cuts on nose/lip bleed strongly / impressively on dogs and it might not be as bad as it looks with good explanations. He was relieved to see pink gums and that the bleeding had stopped and advised us not to put anything on it to avoid burning / pain and also a avoid the dog licking ( aggrevating ) nose. Without the quick effective guidance we would have either taken an expensive uber to an expensive far away emergency sunday dog hospital or treated it falsely at home (with saline/desinfectant and cream). The vet said we shall look out for swelling / infection so we will keep an eye on him but we felt instantly relieved and grateful.
