Sneaky ... Charging the credit card eventhough I cancelled .

They take money off my account without me having subscribed to any of their offers. I have requested refund which they refuse to give. They are not interested in being diligent and caring for customers, they steal your money and gaslight you to believe that you did it yourself. Never experienced such a poor customer support.

El año pasado me engañaron con 1.99, cancele toda la suscripción y me debitaron 39.99. Hoy 12 de junio aparece que me robaron 10.99 sin mi autorización y despues de haber cancelado. Tengo casi un año que camncele todo y ahora me salen que no y que me devolveran solo un 50%. Tengo soporte que el año pasado cancele todo!!! EXIJO UN REEMBOLSO COMPLETO, LADRONESSSS

I just realized that they have been quietly stealing $10.99/month even after I cancelled within 24 hours. What boggles my mind is how they can keep charging you even after you cancel the subscription? Needless to say, I blocked the card that I used in the first place. Isn't there a way to report them so they can't cheat anyone anymore?

I was also one of the fools who fell for the $1.99 scam, after which they charged me $39.99 for two months as 'Intergrove'. I cancelled and they pointed me to the small print that said you have to cancel within 7 days. Now I realised that they've been charging me another 3 months at $10.99, calling themselves 'Neovitality'. The email reset is under 'Hadew' and the email comes from Playgrounds. I hope that someone will be helped with this info.

cancelled three times, still continues to charge fees, notified my bank and will probably have to cancel my account if it continues. not happy, total scam.

Big Scam……I was lured into 1.99$ subscription. They charged me 39.99$ after 7 days, I realized my mistake and canceled my membership. Guess what, they charged me again next month 39.99$ after which I checked the membership status, it still showed active. I canceled again for 2nd time & was supposed to get confirmation email which I never did. I wrote them an email, no response. Tried to call their international and US number but it doesn’t connects.
Now I need to contact my bank to cancel the card.

Scammers, charge you monthly without notice or permission... stealers

They are scammers - charging me without subscribing. I was to naive and downloaded some free pdf from their site. Another site after a month or so agileray-fitness.com charged me with 10.99 USD - probably them again. Had to cancel my card to be sure I never hear from them again.

Notified that money refunded to my account...Not so..
Can't find it on my bank statement.

AFTER THE FIRST PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY TRANSFER ALL YOUR DATA, INCLUDING YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS, TO THIRD PARTIES, WHICH AFTER SOME TIME UNLAWFULLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD BY DOING UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS.

On August 1, 2022, I saw their Facebook ad for keto diet recipes. On the same day I purchased their meal plan for $ 1.99 from https://fitculator. com/
On October 25, 2022, I saw an unauthorized payment transaction of $ 10.99 on my credit card. The recipient was NEOVITALITY-MEALS.COM. I never knew this website, never set up an account there. I tried to log in to this website. I entered the link forgot my password, and typed my e-mail address which I used to create an account on https://fitculator. com/ in August 2022 and it turned out that my e-mail address is already in the NEOVITALITY-MEALS.COM database. I logged in with a new password and saw that the page design is almost identical as https://fitculator. com/.

https://fitculator. com/ that is Company, 1156 Autumn Ridge Dr, Lexington, KY 40509 USA, without my knowledge and agreement transferred all my data, including credit card details, to
NEOVITALITY-MEALS.COM – NEO VITALITY LLC 2201 SW 139 Ave., Davie, FL 33325 which is against the law and their Privacy Policy. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT TRUST THEM.

Complete scam be ware you subscribe for free at first then they keep trying to withdraw money despite of all cancellation requests

Scam. Same experience as the other’s. Unwillingly and unknowingly charged 40 $ per month

If it was possible to not give this a star and write a review, I would have done it. The modus operandi is this, they offer an unlimited meal plan for $1.99. They actually advertised on Instagram. I signed up for the meal plan which I thought gives me access forever as implied in their ad. After a few days, I saw this transaction for $39.99 from workout-wfh.com. Take note, you won't recognise it at first because you signed up with FITCULATOR. I checked my e-mails, there's nothing from workout-whf.com, so I went on their website and there's nothing there to associate them with Fitculator. Mind you, I was only able to trace their association whe I searched for they keywords "meal plan" in my e-mail. From there, a single e-mail from Fitculator showed up and you will see at the bottom that the advertised $1.99 for a lifetime of meal plans will actually charge you $39.99 after the 7-day trial which in the first place I haven't subscribed to. All of it was just deceitful and done on purpose. So you see, if you're someone who had loads of transactions coming in, you might not be able to monitor this and they also made it a point so that you won't be able to trace immediately or at least easily recall that it's them for you to easily cancel your subscription. Total scam.

Absolute scam artists… deceitfully sign you up to a subscription when you think you are buying a $1 meal plan…

SCAM!! Same as everyone else. 1.99 initially, unfortunately researched a couple hours too late and cancelled the same day. Still charged the 39.99. Fitculator is also known as humble5fitness.com

Scam. The offer a free trial which you cannot cancel; it says I will get a cancellation email within 48 hours and I don't receive it (twice now). So they start charging you regardless.

You'll probably see this only after you've been scammed already, but if you're smarter than me and you do your research beforehand, don't think about buying that meal plan, as they will apply recurring charges, even though it's not pointed out in any way during the process.

They are scammers,They lied that the program is 1.99usd only to deduct 40usd in less than a week.
