Io ho capito subito che e' una truffa. ricordatevi una cosa : nessuno ti trova il lavoro. questi raccimolano soldi dalla povera gente che crede in quello che raccontano. Io non mi sono iscritto e ho fatto bene.

Usar Trustpilot en la búsqueda de empleo da una ventaja clara, información real antes de d cidir. Te permite elegir con criterio y no a ciegas. Te evita errores, mejorando tus decisiones aumentando chances de crecer

Can’t reach a person. Waiting for my refund because there were no jobs in my area. Beware of this company. Sent emails no response.

EDIT: It initially felt like a scam, but thankfully it wasn’t. This turned out to be a dev bug, and Artem reached out to clarify everything and confirm my refund - very appreciated .

I wanted to try this page, so I paid the required fee. At the time of payment, there is a clearly stated policy outlining a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund.

I contacted customer support (request at fitly dot work) within that timeframe, referencing the refund policy directly. Each time, I receive the same automated response from what appears to be a bot. After three identical replies, all communication stopped entirely.

When I attempted to reach out again, the conversation restarted from the beginning with the same automated message loop. There was no way to reach an actual person or resolve the issue.

While parts of the page technically work, it does not function fully as advertised, and the complete lack of real customer support - especially when a refund policy is explicitly stated - makes this feel very much like a scam.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying for this service.

I've been using Fitly for about three weeks. The "Tailoring' feature is honestly incredible.

l finally stopped sending generic resumes and started getting actual callbacks. The Match Score really helps me to focus on.
I'm knocking off one star because the job search results can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it shows roles that aren't quite relevant to my location or experience level. If the job feed was as sharp as the resume builder, this would be a perfect 5/5."

I signed up and right away, they wanted a large monthly fee, before I could even try out anything.

I came to trust pilot before considering paying anything and there was a review in Spanish. I translated to English and the review had said the site was a scam, there's no way to reach support, etc. There was a reply from the company saying that the reviewer was confused, like they must be an idiot.

So I tried to contact customer support. All I got was an automated reply. I even asked them "Are you a scam?" and only got automated replies.

I'm not certain if this is a scam, but I know I couldn't reach a human and am grateful to the person who left the review in Spanish.

Dicen que están presentes en 30 paises pero solo puedes hacer busquedas de empleo en el pais de la cuenta. Si tu cuenta es española (o italiana) no deja hacer CV's en ingles. Tampoco deja poner filtros de búsqueda, ni hay soporte, ni forma de contactar con ellos.
La mayoria de las ofertas tienen semanas y ya estan cubiertas.
No se les ocurra suscribirse porque es una estafa.

En respuesta a la respuesta de estos delincuentes:
Todo lo que dicen es mentira. La app no tiene esas funcionalidades, pero como solo se puede probar haciendo la suscripcion y pagando, es una estafa.
No hay otra app con nombre parecido. Tengo los correos que confirman mi suscripción y, desde que la cancelé y les reclamé el dinero (no han pasado 24h desde que caí en la trampa) me mandan decenas de correos escritos por un chat bot que dice que no encuentran mi suscripción para devolverme el dinero ¿¿??
Si pudiera compartir las capturas de pantalla (interfaz de la app y correos), lo haría de buena gana.
Y con esta actitud, queda demostrado que son unos delincuentes.

Despues de más de 30 correos en los que han dificultado el reembolso, dicen que han iniciado el proceso.
Quedo a la espera.

Se dan el trabajo de responder rápida y oportunamente los requerimientos solicitados, además de adecuar sus políticas y/o procedimientos para un mejor entendimiento por parte del ususrio.
