Scam site. Paid for strap, paid for expedited delivery. No sign of strap being delivered and no reply to several emails to customer service. Dony watse your time and don't give your money to these criminals.

I ordered on 21 March and paid online. I've used them before with no problem but this time I only received 2 items out of the three ordered and 9ne of those was wrong.
I've emailed and written to the them but had no response.
Today I spoke to Citizens Advice who will contact Trading Standards and advised me to contact my credit card company.

Ordered 3 straps only received 2 .Tried emailing messaging but no response . Am contacting PayPal / credit card company to dispute and perhaps get refund ? Do not buy from this company !

Absolute con artists! Took my money, didn't get the straps and no response to my emails!

I purchased 2 fitbit versa straps on march 17th and I'm still waiting for them to arrive! Contacted the fitstraps "help" desk and was ignored...twice!!

This isn't the first time I've used this company and had a poor experience so I have to take responsibility for already knowing they were terrible!! At least i got a straps delivered the first time...not the one I'd ordered but at least I got one!

This is an advertising scam. Aviod at all costs. I purchased a strap paid upfront. No dispatch notification, no response to two emails about it, and now I'm going to dispute it with my credit card.

Received only 1 of 3 straps I paid for. No response from Fitstraps by phone or email. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. I have now disputed the payment and reported to trading standards. This company should be taken down and the proprietor held accountable for losses of consumers.

I can only echo the comments made below. No correspondence whatsoever regarding the order. They have taken the monies but haven’t sent the items. I can only assume this is a scam.

I'm more than happy to change this if problem is resolved but I am frustrated that when trying to contact to chase an order which hasn't arrived, I am getting absolutely no response, so far to 3 emails, despite the website saying that they respond to emails within 24 hours. Fitstraps - please change my mind!

Cheap damaged straps, returned items, never refunded me

Recently ordered a silicone strap which did not arrive. Emails sent to seller with no response!!
Luckily I used PayPal for the purchase and have been able to claim a refund.

This is a scam, company haven’t sent the goods despite sending a confirmation of delivery. They are not responding to any communication and I can not get a refund. Do not recommend using them

Items paid for and never arrived. Emailed and got no response. Claimed money back via my bank.

Rubbish! Do not buy.
Not recieved my 27.99 strap
Not one response from 5 emails sent
Not one response reaching out on face book.

Terrible customer service

It has been over 2 months since I ordered from them, no update and no response to any of the 4 emails I have sent requesting ANY sort of update.

How they are in business is absolutely beyond me.

Still not received, ordered three weeks ago, no replies to emails.

Took delivery of two straps for Apple ultra. All seemed fine then one strap started to peel on the plastic fitting. I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement. So I thought great that’s good. But never arrived. They supposedly sent four straps and none ever arrived. I had to keep chasing them. Then out of the blue two cheap Chinese straps not for the Apple ultra turned up in Amazon parcels. Nothing to do with my Amazon account. I contacted them again and they said if I returned them they would refund me. I said only if you send a postage label. Radio silence still them. So buyer beware. They are not a UK company either

AVOID! I ordered a strap 2 weeks ago - now due (on their tracking) that it will be another 10 days to arrive. No mention that this is sent from Netherlands and thge delay in dleivery. I have a Fitbit and no strap so I cannot wear it!@!!!

Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered 3 watch straps on 21st March, still not received anything. Have emailed 3 times asking for an update and been totally ignored. They basically took my money and then ignored me. Terrible. Have had to request a refund from my bank as they haven’t even had the decency to refund me. Scammers.

Bought three straps for my Fenix 7 pro solar, read online that the Fenix 7 straps are suitable. Received one strap in the mail for a Fenix 6 but not received 2 of the straps I ordered. Heard nothing back from fit straps yet. Tried to stall my review to give them time to sort this but no response yet. Will update if the issue is resolved.
